These Terms & Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BeStrongerLand websites, content, forms, emails, digital products, files, recommendation pages, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Services, submitting a form, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services or purchase a BSL product.
BeStrongerLand (“BSL”) is a project affiliated with Travel You Life LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Unless a checkout page states otherwise, Travel You Life LLC is the seller and contracting entity for BSL digital products.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase a BSL digital product. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Informational and Editorial Services
BSL provides general educational and editorial decision support about compact home strength equipment, storage, household constraints, buying order, and product categories. The Services do not provide medical care, rehabilitation, physical therapy, engineering, legal advice, financial advice, nutrition services, or personalized exercise programming.
You remain responsible for evaluating your health, home, equipment, measurements, floors, walls, doors, anchors, storage, children, pets, budget, and professional-advice needs.
3. Permitted Use of the Website
BSL grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the public Site for lawful personal or internal business evaluation. You may not interfere with the Site, bypass security, scrape at a volume that disrupts service, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
4. Digital Product License
When you purchase a BSL digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, access, print, and use the purchased materials for your own personal household decision-making. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property does not transfer to you.
- You may make reasonable personal backup copies and print copies for your own household use.
- You may not share download links, files, account access, or copies with another household, client, group, membership, employer, or public audience.
- You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, publish, upload to public repositories, reproduce for commercial use, remove ownership notices, or create a competing product substantially derived from the materials.
- You may not use BSL materials as a substitute for obtaining an appropriate commercial license or written permission.
5. Product Descriptions and Availability
BSL attempts to describe digital products accurately, but page layouts, filenames, modules, delivery methods, bonuses, and supporting materials may be updated. The version and contents described on the checkout or sales page at the time of purchase control the transaction.
BSL may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue a product or offer. This does not remove access rights already granted to files that were delivered, subject to these Terms and technical availability.
6. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. You authorize the payment provider to charge the displayed amount and any legally required taxes. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
Payments may be processed by third parties such as Stripe or PayPal. Their terms and privacy policies also apply. BSL does not control a payment provider’s authentication, holds, declines, currency conversion, or account decisions.
7. Digital Delivery and Access
BSL digital products are generally delivered promptly after successful payment through email, a confirmation page, a download link, Google Drive, or another stated delivery method. Delivery is considered completed when access instructions or files are sent to the email address supplied at checkout or made available on the confirmation page.
You are responsible for entering a valid email address, checking spam or promotion folders, maintaining access to that email account, saving permitted personal copies, and keeping links private. If delivery fails because of a BSL-controlled technical issue, contact BSL so reasonable delivery assistance can be provided.
8. Refund Policy for Digital Products
Because BSL digital products provide immediate or near-immediate access to downloadable and copyable content, all sales are final once access instructions, download links, or files have been delivered. BSL does not offer a satisfaction guarantee, trial period, change-of-mind refund, exchange, or account credit.
No refund is provided because you did not use the product, changed your plans, expected different results, purchased a product that you later decided was unnecessary, did not read the description, or were dissatisfied with the information, format, or outcome.
This policy does not eliminate rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. BSL may also correct a verified duplicate charge or address a confirmed failure to deliver the purchased files when the problem was caused by BSL and could not be resolved through reasonable support. Suspected unauthorized transactions should be reported promptly to the payment provider and BSL.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the product is digital content, access may begin immediately, the content can be copied after delivery, and the no-refund policy is a material term of the transaction.
9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Before initiating a payment dispute, contact BSL regarding duplicate charges, non-delivery, or transaction questions so the issue can be reviewed. BSL may provide the payment processor with checkout records, acceptance records, delivery logs, email records, access information, and these Terms when responding to a dispute.
An improper or fraudulent chargeback may result in suspension of access and enforcement of BSL rights. This section does not prevent you from exercising rights available under applicable law or payment-network rules.
10. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Purchases
Some BSL links are affiliate links. BSL may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
When you leave BSL to purchase from Amazon, a manufacturer, or another retailer, that third party—not BSL—is the seller of the physical product. The third party controls price, inventory, payment, delivery, returns, warranties, privacy, safety notices, and customer service. BSL is not a party to that retail transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise.
11. Product Information, Recalls, and Safety
Equipment specifications, models, sellers, compatibility, instructions, prices, warranties, and recalls can change. Confirm the exact current product and manufacturer information before purchase and use. Follow manufacturer instructions and seek qualified guidance when appropriate.
BSL does not guarantee that equipment is safe, compatible, suitable, or effective for a particular person, floor, wall, door, room, storage system, child-access situation, pet environment, or exercise use.
12. Intellectual Property
The Site, text, frameworks, worksheets, files, graphics, branding, page organization, and original BSL materials are owned by or licensed to Travel You Life LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, product images, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
No right to use BSL names, logos, product names, or protected materials is granted except for the limited personal-use license expressly stated in these Terms.
13. User Submissions and Communications
When you send a message, support request, or feedback, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not contain unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content. You grant BSL permission to use the submission as necessary to respond, provide support, improve the Services, maintain records, and protect legal rights.
Do not send confidential medical records, passwords, government identification numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information through general forms.
14. No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and digital products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted access, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, results, safety, or suitability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeStrongerLand, Travel You Life LLC, and their owners, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, injury, property damage, purchase decisions, or third-party conduct arising from the Services, digital products, equipment, external links, or reliance on content.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, total liability arising from a purchased BSL digital product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product, except where applicable law requires a different remedy.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeStrongerLand and Travel You Life LLC from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another party’s rights, or unauthorized distribution or commercial use of BSL materials.
17. Suspension and Termination
BSL may suspend or terminate access to the Services or digital files when reasonably necessary to address fraud, unauthorized sharing, unlawful conduct, security risks, chargeback abuse, or a material violation of these Terms. Provisions concerning payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other terms that logically survive will remain effective.
18. Changes to the Services or Terms
BSL may update the Services and these Terms. The current version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless a change is required by law, security, a service provider, or the nature of an ongoing service. The terms shown and accepted at the time of a completed one-time purchase continue to govern that transaction to the extent applicable.
19. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and any dispute process required by applicable law or a payment provider, disputes shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming.
Nothing in this section removes protections that applicable consumer law does not allow you to waive.
20. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclosures and Disclaimer, and transaction-specific checkout terms, form the agreement concerning the Services.
21. Contact
Questions about these Terms, delivery, or a transaction may be submitted through the BSL contact page. Include the purchaser email address and transaction details needed to identify the order, but do not send complete payment-card information.
