This Privacy Policy explains how BeStrongerLand (“BSL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit BSL websites, submit a form, subscribe to email, purchase a digital product, use a BSL resource, or follow a link to a third party.
BeStrongerLand is a project affiliated with Travel You Life LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Travel You Life LLC acts as the business operator for BSL digital-product transactions unless a checkout page states otherwise.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to the public WordPress website at bestrongerland.com and BSL-controlled funnel, form, checkout, confirmation, and email experiences presented through www.bestrongerland.com or another BSL-designated service.
This Policy does not control Amazon, Stripe, PayPal, Systeme.io, Google, manufacturers, retailers, or other third parties. Their own privacy policies govern information they collect directly.
2. Information You Provide
BSL may collect information that you voluntarily submit, including:
- name and email address;
- information entered into contact, opt-in, feedback, or support forms;
- order details, purchased product, transaction status, and delivery records;
- communications, questions, and support requests;
- preferences or decisions you choose to share in connection with a BSL resource.
3. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Site, hosting, analytics, security, link, and service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information such as:
- IP address or approximate location derived from it;
- browser, device, operating system, language, and screen information;
- pages viewed, referring page, links clicked, dates, times, and session activity;
- cookie identifiers, analytics events, error logs, and security information;
- campaign, referral, or source parameters associated with a visit.
4. Purchases and Payment Information
When you purchase a BSL digital product, payment information is processed by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe or PayPal, depending on the options available at checkout. BSL generally receives transaction confirmation, customer contact information, product purchased, amount, currency, and payment status, but does not store your complete card number or payment-account credentials on the BSL WordPress server.
Checkout, email automation, order confirmation, and delivery may be administered through Systeme.io or another service identified at the time of purchase.
5. Digital-Product Delivery
Purchased files or access instructions may be delivered by email and may use Google Drive or another file-hosting service. When you open a third-party file link, that provider may receive technical information under its own privacy policy.
You are responsible for using an email address you control and for keeping delivery links and purchased materials private.
6. Amazon and Other Affiliate Links
When you click an Amazon or other affiliate link, the third-party retailer may set cookies, record the referral, and process your activity under its own privacy policy. BSL may receive aggregated or transaction-related affiliate reporting, such as the fact that a qualifying purchase occurred and the resulting commission. BSL does not receive your full Amazon account credentials or complete payment-card information from Amazon.
Affiliate tracking is controlled by the applicable network or retailer and may continue for a period defined by that third party.
7. How We Use Information
BSL may use information to:
- provide requested checklists, files, emails, and digital products;
- process and document purchases;
- operate forms, checkout pages, email sequences, and customer support;
- respond to messages and resolve delivery or account issues;
- improve page structure, content, recommendations, security, and performance;
- understand traffic sources, navigation, and conversion activity;
- prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of BSL terms;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations;
- send relevant BSL emails when you have subscribed or when messages are part of a transaction.
8. Legal Bases Where Applicable
Where a law requires a legal basis, BSL may process information based on your consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and improving the Site, compliance with legal obligations, or protection of legal rights and security.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
BSL and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, link parameters, or similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics, security, form operation, checkout, email attribution, and affiliate referrals.
You can control many cookies through browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect forms, checkout, delivery, analytics, or affiliate tracking. Where consent is legally required for a particular technology, BSL should obtain it before activating that technology.
10. Email Communications
If you request a resource, purchase a product, or subscribe, BSL may send transactional messages, delivery instructions, support communications, and related educational or promotional emails. Marketing emails should include an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing from promotional email does not prevent necessary transaction, delivery, legal, or service messages.
11. How Information May Be Shared
BSL may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:
- hosting, form, funnel, email, analytics, file-delivery, security, and support providers;
- payment processors and financial service providers;
- professional advisers, accountants, insurers, or legal counsel;
- government authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security;
- a successor or acquiring entity in connection with a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of the project or business.
12. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
BSL does not sell personal information for monetary payment. Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly enough to include certain advertising, analytics, or referral technologies. BSL uses third-party analytics and affiliate links as described in this Policy, and those third parties may collect information directly under their own policies.
You may contact BSL regarding rights available under the law that applies to you.
13. Data Retention
BSL retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, support, business records, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements. Retention periods differ by data type and service provider. Information may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
14. Security
BSL uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information and relies on established service providers for hosting, checkout, payment, email, and file delivery. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Do not submit sensitive medical records, government identification numbers, account passwords, or unnecessary confidential information through general BSL forms.
15. International Processing
BSL, Travel You Life LLC, and service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Privacy protections may differ from those in your location. Where legally required, appropriate transfer mechanisms should be used by the relevant service provider.
16. Children’s Privacy
BSL is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. BSL does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact BSL so the situation can be reviewed.
17. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about the use or disclosure of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and may opt out of promotional email.
BSL may need to verify your request and may retain information when required for legal, transaction, security, or recordkeeping purposes. Some rights are subject to exceptions.
18. Do Not Track and Browser Signals
There is no universally accepted standard for responding to “Do Not Track” signals. BSL may not respond to all such signals. Browser privacy controls, cookie settings, and service-specific opt-out tools may limit certain collection.
19. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party websites. BSL is not responsible for their privacy, security, content, or practices. Review the third party’s privacy policy before providing information or completing a transaction.
20. Changes to This Policy
BSL may update this Policy when practices, services, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate additional notice.
21. Contact
To ask a privacy question or submit a request, use the BeStrongerLand contact page. Include enough information for BSL to understand and verify the request, but do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive data.
